Account Deletion Request

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Ujenzi Wangu account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

What data will be deleted?

• Your profile information (Name, Email, Role).
• Your organization association.
• Your personal budget and expense tracking records.
• All encrypted security keys associated with your account.

How to delete your account:

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
Go to your Profile Page -> Danger Zone -> Click “Delete Account”. This process is instant.

Option 2: Online Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a request using the following email:
